Meet the leaders of our organization.
Tom Grant, PresidentPark Utilities, Inc. Tom Grant, the founder of Park Utilities Inc., has more than 35 years experience in all aspects of utility system maintenance and operations, and is a uniquely trained specialist in master-metered systems. He has pioneered the latest techniques and instructed courses in gas and water leak detection as well as cathodic protection and cable and pipe line locating. Tom has also translated his knowledge into safe and economical solutions to his customer’s utility problems. Prior to becoming President of Park Utilities Inc., Tom was a Regional Manger at Heath Consultants.  Chuck Algera, PresidentPark Utilities East Chuck Algera, has more than 17 years experience in utility distribution systems, and has a breadth of experience in all aspects of field work. Chuck is highly skilled in water and gas leak detection, cathodic protection and cable and pipe line locating. Prior to his work with Park Utilities, Chuck owned a utility locating company, and has lent his expertise to Public Service Electric and Gas in New Jersey and municipalities in Michigan. |
